The JKSSB recently issued a revised result/score-sheet via Notification No. JKSSB/COE/1/2024-06 (7480543)/Rev dated 03-10-2024 for candidates who appeared in the OMR-Based Written Examination held on June 23, 2024. This exam was for the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department, under District Cadres, advertised via Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2023 under Item Nos. 08 to 26.
The primary objective of the document verification process is to scrutinize the qualifications and eligibility of the candidates who have scored enough to fall within the consideration zone for the available vacancies. Candidates listed in Annexure “A” of the notification are required to present themselves for physical verification of their documents as per the schedule and venue indicated in the notification.

- Look for the latest notification regarding the Supervisor Document Verification in the notification section.
- Click on the notification titled “JKSSB Supervisor Document Verification List Issued”.
- The document will provide the list of candidates along with the scheduled date, time, and venue for their document verification.

Documents Required for JKSSB Supervisor Document Verification
To ensure a smooth and successful verification process, candidates must produce the following documents in original, along with self-attested copies:
- Copy of the Online Application Form.
- Two recent passport-size photographs (colored).
- Original Photo ID Proof, such as Aadhar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, or Passport.
- D.O.B Certificate (10th Class Diploma or Marks Card).
- Domicile Certificate proving residency in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Valid Category Certificate, if applicable (for candidates applying under reserved categories).
- 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Graduation Degree from a recognized university. If you have applied for the 5 additional marks, you must also bring the relevant mark sheets.
- Bonafide Certificate from the University/Institute for candidates who obtained their qualification outside J&K, as per the format prescribed by the Board.
- Checklist Sheet/Form as per Annexure “B”.
- Order of Preferences for various Items/Cadres, as per Annexure “C”, to be submitted offline at the time of document verification.
- Any additional documents required as per the original Advertisement Notification.
