- Age Limit: The age limit for various posts ranges from 18 to 43 years, depending on the position. There is a one-time age relaxation of 3 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have the relevant educational, technical, or professional qualifications as specified for each post. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria by the closing date (16th September 2024) are eligible to apply.
- Medical Standards: Applicants must meet the medical standards specified for each post (C1, C2, or B1 categories).

RRB Para-Medical Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
The recruitment process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification and a Medical Examination. Key points about the CBT:
- Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates)
- Total Questions: 100 (70 questions on Professional Ability, 10 on General Awareness, 10 on General Arithmetic, and 10 on General Science)
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
The minimum qualifying marks are:
- UR/EWS: 40%
- OBC/SC: 30%
- ST: 25%
